Friend can't download my vCard

I sent my vCard to my friend. I have the iPhone 3gs and he has the Palm Pre. He says he got the text, clicked on the download link and then got the message: "cannot find an application which can open this file"

Does the recipient need something on his side to get the card? Is the card in a certain format that isn't supported by all phones?

Thanks for the question. I'm sorry to hear that beamME isn't working for you. It should be working with the Palm Pre without any special software.

You might want to have him try sending it to his email and seeing if it works there. Sometimes the SMS links can have some little bugs.
